Get a Good Night's Sleep
This, ladies and gentlemen, is why I had a late start today.
I'd go to bed around 9:30 - 10pm, but don't put down the iPad until 11:30-12am.
So, a sure way to be productive all day is to get a good night's sleep. Coffee can only get you so far (I know, blasphemous of me to say).
I used to take Melatonin and that helped with my sleep pattern, til I ran out. Yeah, procrastination strikes again. It's on the grocery list now.
So, part of the challenge to be productive is to start getting into a regular sleeping pattern.
