Ok, I didn't quite get a full night's sleep, but did put the iPad down an hour earlier. I'm tracking my time with an App called ATracker - just name a task and tap to turn the timer on and tap to turn it off and it'll create a report of all your time spent. Think this will help those who don't want to (or forget to) keep track on paper.
Now on to Day 3:
Get rid of time wasters!
How many of us spend a long time reading e-mails, playing various games, surfing the internet, and so on?
I'm not saying these are bad things....I do those things too. But we have too much!
To be more productive we need to scale back on these time wasters:
I'm not saying get rid of everything! We all need breaks now and then and a mental distraction or two is nice, but admit it, some of us have way too many.
Clearing out your inbox and phone will reduce time wasters and steer you towards more productive periods.
