Now onto the bathroom.
C'mon, y'all know for many ladies this is the most cluttered room in the house. With all the hair accessories and supplies and all the makeup brushes, kits, sponges, moisturizers, and other self-care products scattered across the countertop and in drawers.
Then there's the kids bathroom with bath toys, toothpaste streaks, leftover snacks, clothes and towels and trash thrown about.
Let's lessen the clutter and organize our bathroom better:
De-clutter the Bathroom
Let's start with things to toss:
Organize your Bathroom
Now that you've cleared everything out and cleaned the bathroom, it's time to organize it properly:
* Simplify your cleaning routine and cut down on the number of cleaning products you need. Instead of having a product for every need - shower, toilet, counter, mirrors - use a multi-purpose spray, cleaning cloths/wipes, a toilet bowl cleaner and brush. Using the spray is easy as you can actually spray everything and leave it for a bit and then come back and wipe down.
* Add a behind the door rack for everyone's towels and housecoats, it's out of the way and saves room.
* Go vertical! Get stuff off your counters and on the wall for better storage. Use ideas such as:
* Install a hairdryer and curling iron holder to the side of your cabinet (or inside the door) to keep them out of the way.
I hope this helps manage the chaos of the bathroom and makes things easier to clean as well.
